On 9th Jan 2015 Rob Matthews attended his first Friday class with us and he worked his ass off! To the point I thought we may need an ambulance! His attitude, motivation and dedication has been inspirational and he is a pure pleasure to work out with. For the following 3 months he joined us 2-3 times a week, every week, also going for a run a couple of times a week (having run the Lincoln 10k for charity also). A fine example of how new habits can make a real positive impact in your life. We pride ourselves on creating an environment where anyone can work out in a friendly atmosphere feeling completely comfortable. If you've been thinking about joining us, don't wait!
