Circuit Training

What is it

 This is an all over training circuit that will raise your heart rate through the use of ten lots of one minute exercise stations utilising many and varied equipment which changes every week.  The circuit is repeated four times


Why is it important?

Through the use of different equipment, sometimes of differing weights,  individuals of differing abilities can be targeted, from big burly men to smaller toned ladies.  As with all my classes, you only get out of it what you put in.  It will be challenging, but I always encourage clients to rest when they need to, thus enabling everyone to get the most out of the session.
